Coronavirus indirectly drives ‘unthought-of’ innovative solutions… A message from CEO Brian Cook 4-7-20
Dear customers,
The COVID-19 virus has disrupted everything and is creating a new normal. This new normal changes daily and we want to help.
- To help communicate with our customers we built the Cook Crisis Hub to share the latest updates & new solutions focused to keep customers safe and operational.
- We’ve also hosted our first online forum with industry expert Steve Ryker, VP of Risk. He discussed multiple topics related to managing crisis and staying operational. Submit your questions here and look for future forums.
- We are very proud of our 63% remote fix rate for customers with RVATM/ITM service and our even higher fix rate of 82% for customers with RemoteView Video Surveillance. This dramatically increases uptime while significantly reducing social interaction. A win/win during the virus.
- Finally, our customers are constantly helping us develop new solutions to combat the virus. Our Ultraviolet Light Disinfecting Cabinet to sanitize carriers and cash counters, our Interactive Teller Home Kits allowing tellers to work from home, and Heat Mapping Video to identify high traffic/high touch areas for deep cleaning are just a few. Many more are listed on the Cook Crisis Hub and all driven by our customers who we greatly appreciate! Please don’t hesitate to submit your questions & suggestions here.
A sincere thank you for all your support. By all working together, we’ll get through this!
Brian Cook,
CEO
P.S. Coming Soon: COVID-19 Problems & Solutions video series. A proactive approach to sharing real solutions that are working during the crisis.
