- We continue to utilize as many remote managed services solutions and remote technologies as possible (click here to see the list).
- Our technicians are practicing social distancing of 6 feet when in the field. We’re adding bright yellow social distancing buttons to our technician uniforms to emphasize this and create more awareness.
- In the event you have a closed branch or lobby, many customers are taking advantage of fulfilling installation projects, service calls, and preventive maintenance calls .
- Also with branch closures, we have a remote video surveillance web app to view branches/locations (interested in the video app?).
